How Do You Teach Parenting With Love & Logic?
Parenting is a tough job, whether it is one child or multiple in a family. Encourage parents to raise children with love and logic, a program founded by Foster W. Cline, MD and Jim Faye. Together, they have a combined total of 75 years working and raising children. Love and logic parenting holds the children accountable for their actions and trains them to think before acting. Teach parents to incorporate love and logic in their already developed parenting skills, to help raise happier, self-confident children. Instruct parents to begin using love and logic in the early years. Younger children typically do not create or get into serious trouble, therefore parenting with love and logic early on may not result in drastic consequences. For instance, it may be easier to adapt to the love and logic parenting skills during a discussion with a 3-year-old writing on the wall, rather than arguing with a teenager about a midnight curfew.
