One serves Terminal 4. the trains out of Heathrow run every 5 minutes and your journey to Central London should be about an hour or so. Give or take 10 minutes. Look up at the big yellow signs. Directions to the underground station are clearly marked. You cannot miss it. Board the Piccadilly line at Heathrow. You can take it all the way to Kings Cross/St Pancras. You cannot pay in USD. You can change money just before you leave the terminal at Travelex. You can also go to major banks and American Express offices before you leave the USA and change money. Also major international terminals at any US airport also have places where you can change money before you leave. The cash fare for your journey is £4.00 cash. And covers zones 1-6.
