The outside path golf swing is common for most beginner and home schooled golfers. Used as the only golf swing, it results in a great number of slices and hooks. However, this swing can be very useful when the situation calls for a hook or a slice to go around an obstacle or avoid a hazard. Go to a golf driving range and set up a camera to record your golf swing. Be sure to focus the camera to capture your body and the club head. Set up with your driver to take a practice swing. Line up with a target straight ahead of you. Hit the ball towards your target using the inside path technique.
