How Do You Swim With Dolphins In The Florida Keys?
There are two basic kinds of swim with the dolphin experiences in the Florida Keys, structured swims and unstructured swims. Structured swims mean guaranteed contact with a dolphin and are more expensive than unstructed swims. During an unstructed swim you get into the water with the dolphin and it chooses whether or not to interact with you. Decide which experience best suits you. In Key Largo there are two places to swim with dolphins: Dolphin’s Cove and Dolphin’s Plus. In Islamorada you can swim with dolphins at Theater of the Sea. On Duck Key, Hawk’s Cay Resort offers dolphin encounters. Hawk’s Cay is at Mile Marker 61. On Grassy Key, The Dolphin Research Center offers educational lectures as well as dolphin encounters.
