With the towel still around you, take off your pants and put the other pants on after that!! It’s really pretty simple! • Put on deodorant whenever you are ready. • Perfumes and lotions are good just for some extra freshness. Try using wipes to get rid of sweat. Facial wipes are good to clean your face of sweat. Light makeup just to touch up after sweating.
