Your recruiter should already have given you several key things to memorize … Air Force Creed, behavioral standards, advice on what to bring/not to bring, and one of the most important..a reporting statement. Remembering “Trainee (your last name)reports as ordered, (sir/ma’am)” will make the difference between getting yelled at, and doing push-ups while getting yelled at. Be careful how you show up for your first day…regardless of what you wear, you’ll get laughed at, be called rainbow flight (colorful civvies), but don’t make it worse.
