The health benefits of eating natural grains and seeds are numerous and well known. But if you sprout those same grains and seeds, you open a mystical and complex world of nutrition that is only now beginning to be fully understood. Your local Health Food store is probably your best source for sprouting grains and seeds – but many well stocked groceries will have them as well – Ask. Determine how much sprouted grains/seeds you need – remember that sprouting will increase the volume of your grains/seeds – ie., a cup of grain will swell to more than three cups + after sprouting.
