Two strand twists is an easy and attractive way to style your hair. It is an old style, sometimes called Senegalese twists, and is remarkably flexible. While you hair is twisted, you can still pull your hair up for a more formal style, pin up just the sides, or leave it as is until you wash your hair next. And, unlike dreadlocks, you can simply untwist your hair without having to cut the twists out. Collect your tools and have your subject sit on a low stool before you. Make sure the hair is damp, clean and brushed. Decide where you wish to have the parts. You can have more than one part, such as two that intersect in the back making an x, another that runs from ear to ear, and a fourth in the front. Draw your first part with your comb, and check for straightness. If the part is not straight, you can use the end of the comb to gently move more hair over to correct it.
