How Do You Strain Paint Using Old Nylons?

0

Use old nylons to strain debris and other foreign bodies out of paint. A note to the wise: Make sure the nylons are indeed old before you destroy them with paint. Find yourself an old pair of nylons. Cut 16 inches off a leg of nylon that has no runs in it. Stretch the nylon over the opening of bucket and secure with masking tape. Place the foot of the nylon in the bottom of the bucket. Pour paint into the bucket through the nylon. Slowly lift up the nylon, allowing paint to drain into the bucket.
