How Do You Store Thick Winter Scarves?
• Roll them into cylinder shapes. Tie with yarn or use elastic bands, one at each end. Place in a container or on a shelf, piled up. • Hang them. Use hangers that provide a second bar. Hang several scarves over each hanger, making sure not to create a bulky effect. Hang in the hall closet or storage area. • Use vacuum packing. Purchase vacuum bags that are a suitable small to medium size. Place the scarves in the pack and vacuum out the air according to the instructions. Store in the linen closet or storage space. Fold neatly. Make a space behind your sweaters (you know, that part you can’t ever reach!). Fold up the scarves neatly and tuck them at the back, placing your sweaters in the front.
