Each spring and fall, you probably find yourself storing away clothes that no longer apply to the upcoming season. As easy as it is to just toss them all into a bag, that’s not the best way. With children growing every year, you need a better plan. Here’s a great way to store away clothes for kids of different sizes. Take several plastic bags and set them aside. Place them near the area where you will be sorting. Take some paper and write different sizes on each piece of paper. Tape one of these papers to each bag. You will then have bags marked for different sizes. Start weeding out the seasonal clothes that your kids are not going to be wearing. Place each size in a bag. For instance, size 3 goes in the bag labeled “Size 3,” and so on. This makes it so much easier to retrieve the clothes the following season.
