If your frost free refrigerator has water leaking into the refrigerator compartment or pooling on the bottom of your freezer and refreezing, it is probably a stopped up drain line. Here’s how to fix it. If you have a refrigerator that has the freeze on top, remove all the food and shelves from freezer section. Pull refrigerator out away from wall and unplug the unit. Now that unit is unplugged and the freezer compartment is empty, remove the automatic ice maker if you have one installed. This is done by using your quarter inch nut driver or socket wrench. Remove or loosen the two screws above the ice maker that holds it in place, next remove the bottom screw, it is most often a Philips screw (although it can be any combination depending on manufacturer). Slowly pull ice maker towards you and to the right. You will see a wire harness that connects from the ice maker to the back wall of the freezer. Remove the wire from the back of the wall.
