How Do You Stop Smoking Without Gaining Weight?
Many people say the worst thing about quitting smoking, even worse than the withdrawal, irritability and cravings, is the weight gain. Part of it is the decrease in metabolism, and part is that often food is substituted for cigarettes. However there are things you can do to limit the amount of weight gained while you stop a bad smoking habit. Eat small meals, and eat often to keep your energy level high.
