Multiple junk e-mails from marketing companies and credit card companies are a real nuisance. Most people receive 10 to 20 unwanted e-mails per day in their in boxes. It is not possible to completely eliminate spam e-mail, but you can greatly reduce the amount you receive by removing your e-mail addresses from commercial e-mail lists.
