How Do You Stop Being Judgmental & Prejudiced?
We have ingrained the mechanism of judgement into our lives so well that it has become second nature to us, so we mostly unaware of ourselves as being judgmental. In able to change our judgmental ways, we need to be aware that this sort of judgement is less about evaluation, and more about but labelling something as being better or worse than, or more or less than, something else. Judgement is the way we create and perpetuate separation, segregation, negativity and limitation for ourselves and from others. Therefore, we invalidate that which we don’t like, for whatever reason. Judgement creates inequality, separation, negativity and limitations, and has existed for thousands of years, without understanding it–or knowing how to change . But, there is a way to stop this preferential treatment we all live with.
