Also the police department should have a form call a restraining order that would order the kids to stay away from you. If the police think this is funny, you should contact the mayor and report the police. If the police can’t do anything because the gang is under age, you should cantact the reform school or Department of Social Services. In my state of Massachusetts, the department of social services handles kids that are out of control. They are put in foster care school. If you have a local newpaper you can also contact a reporter, who might be able to do a story on the gang. This will put pressure on them to behave. Since they are wearing masks, they could be considered terrorist. This story reminds me of Columbine, those kids where just having fun.
