How Do You Stir Fry Frozen Vegetables?
These simple instructions will allow you to transform frozen vegetables into delicious stir fried veggies. This is a great way to get your picky eaters excited about vegetables again and you can even add a few extras like chopped dry roasted peanuts, cooked rice, or even sunflower seeds to change it up. Place pan on stove top and turn heat to medium. Add 1 tablespoon of peanut oil and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Bring the oil to medium to high heat and quickly add your favorite 16 ounce bag of mixed vegetables before the oil starts to smoke. Keep stirring and bring the heat up to high, do not cover, and keep stirring. Continue to cook for about 8 minutes or until the veggies just start to become tender. Add the spices to taste and stir and cook for 2 minutes longer. Remove from heat and serve.
