How Do You Sterilize Baby Pacifiers?

0

Every mom knows that it is important to keep your baby clean and healthy in the early years of life. Because their immune systems are not as developed as those of adults, babies are more susceptible to colds, flu and other infections. One way to ensure baby’s health is to sanitize anything that goes into baby’s mouth, and at some points in their development that can seem like everything. If your baby is a fan of the pacifier, it will need significant cleaning every day to remove germs. Bring a pot of water to a full boil on your stove. Place the pacifiers into the boiling water. Allow them to boil for 10 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat. Either drain the hot water, or carefully remove the pacifiers with tongs. Lay sanitized pacifiers on a clean towel and allow to cool. Make sure the pacifiers are completely cool before giving them back to the baby.
