Switch to low fat meats and dairy products instead of their full fat counterparts which could trigger your acid reflux. Make sure that all poultry products are skin free and eat them baked or grilled instead of fried. Next, take a look at what you are drinking. Caffeinated beverages should be avoided if possible. In some people alcohol may be a problem as well. If you eliminate a particular beverage and your reflux gets better, avoid that drink from then on. If not, it might not have an effect on your reflux and you can introduce it back into your diet.
