Starting a webcomic can be a daunting task, but with the know-how in this article you’ll be well on your way to making your very own webcomic. Sketch out the thumbnails of your strip before drawing the strip itself. This will give you an idea of “camera” placement, surrounding details, character posture, and placement. Draw your borders for each panel. Make sure to leave a gutter, or whitespace, between the panels as this allows the eye to move more easily from panel to panel. Pencil in the contents of each panel.
