If you’re a radio executive looking to establish a new station in your area, talk radio may be the format that can take off for you. Know the political demographics of the city you’re looking for your station to be in. An Air America affiliate may not do well in a conservative area, and a progressive region won’t find Bill O’ Reilly appealing. Decide how you’re getting the station on the air.
