How Do You Start A Preschool Co-Op?
When I was a kid, I did not go to preschool, I went to Joy School. Joy School is a preschool co-op where parents rotate as teachers. Preschool can be costly but this way, your child still gets social and learning experience in the warm loving environment of your home or the home of other parents you trust. Find moms in your area with preschool aged children. Try to get a group of 3-7 children. Each mother will need to register in the Joy School program and enroll in the current Joy School Semester. Use the link in the resources to enroll in Joy School. There is a one time registration fee of $50 that gives you access to information, tips and programs. There is also a $70 semester fee which is only charged to each family one time. You can reuse the lesson plans and materials from the semesters with all the children in your family. Have a meeting with the mothers in your preschool co-op to plan the schedule, which week each mothers will teach, discuss lessons, supplies, discipline and so
