Learning a new language is not an easy task, but it can be made easier with the incorporation of games as teaching aids. Children forget that they are learning when they are having fun and, as such, the more fun they have the more they learn. Converting games that they are already familiar with into French language equivalents is easier than teaching both a new game and new language at the same time. Getting the students active and involved is the surest way to make the language lesson stick. Construct bingo sheets based on grouped vocabulary themes such as weather, farm animals, foods, transportation methods, colors and so forth.
