How Do You Somersault On A Snowboard?
• Start snowboarding straight at a moderate pace. (5-7 mph) • Stand straight up and down, rock your body on the tail forming a small manual. • Throw your body forward over your nose, dipping your front shoulder in towards your gut, and roll on your back • Keep rolling while using the weight of the snowboard and your legs and torso to whip it over the top of your body. Understand that depending on conditions of snow, the tail of the snowboard will either stick into the snow catapulting you up on to your feet, or slide right under your body gently forcing your body upwards.
