How do you solve a Rubiks Cube blindfolded?
The person solving has a look at the cube, remembering the original positions of several squares. Some solvers will work out which algorithms to apply and in which order, then just mechanically follow them in order until they believe it is solved. Others will remember every square and then solve it in their head, following the appropriate algorithm as they would when solving normally.
