Just keep doing whatever you are doing. The more weight you lose, the less flab there will be on your arms. I have lost 45lbs and my arms are much smaller now, although there is still some flab. I still have about 25lbs to go. The weight on your body comes off in certain areas, and the midsection/ waist is usuallly one of the first places to lose weight, whereas hips (buttocks), thighs, and arms can drop in size at any time. Don’t worry, you will soon see the flab start to drop. A woman will not get very big muscles unless she has very high testosterone levels or very hard work (strict diet and weight training exercises). You will just become healthier, be able to lift heavier objects, and become more toned. Besides, a person is supposed to be able to lift there own body weight.
