How Do You Share Custom Stamps In Adobe Acrobat?
Use these steps to create a set of custom stamps in Adobe Acrobat Standard or Professional and share them with a group of people. First determine what kinds of stamps you need. Many uses include tickmarks or symbols for making annotations on PDF’s. This is very common for CPA’s. An Easy way to create a bunch of symbols is to create them in MS Word then Print to PDF. Once they are in Adobe crop each of the pages to be close to the edge of each stamp. Save the PDF file. Within adobe create your custom stamps using the file just created. Be sure to give them a Category for good organization. Now, close Adobe and navigate to: Windows XP – c:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Applications Data\Adobe\Acrobat\[version number\Stamps\ VISTA – C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\[version number]\Stamps In this folder will be a file with a long weird name. Rename it to something logical and copy it to a location for sharing. Now have the people you want to share with copy this file
