• Preparation: One computer has been connected with a printer and a router, other computers that are not connected with the printer but have been connected with the router. • Check the computer which connected with the printer you are going to share. On this computer’s desktop, find “My computer” icon, right mouse click it, on the pop menu, chose the option “Properties”. A window comes out as follows: • On this pop “System Properties” submenu, chose “Computer name”, remember the “Work Group” name as illustrated in the figure below, then click “ok”. • Go to “Start” bar, then chose “Control Panel”, chose “printer and fax” option, as following picture. • Double click the “printer and fax” option, on the pop window, you will find the printers connected with the computer. Click right key of the mouse on the printer which is going to be shared. On the pop menu, chose “sharing” submenu, and chose “sharing this printer”, then “ok”.
