How Do You Sew A Monsters, Inc?
Boo is one of the most popular characters from Disney/Pixar’s Monsters, Inc. movie. Because of this, many children may want to dress up as Boo for Halloween or another costumed event or party. Unfortunately, Boo costumes can be hard to find. Plus, if you do find one, they are usually expensive. However, Boo’s costume is incredibly simple and easy to recreate. With basic sewing skills, you can custom make your own inexpensive Boo costume, no matter the size. For the nightgown, cut out two pieces of pink fabric that are each as wide as the child’s shoulders plus 4 inches and long enough to reach from the child’s neck to her calves. Sew the two pieces of pink fabric together, right sides facing each other, along each longer edge of the fabric. Leave an opening of about 6 inches at the top of each longer side for the arm holes.
