How Do You Setup Suspension On A Motocross Bike?

If two front forks up here and one rear suspension. There is a preload adjustment on the spring in the rear and there are screw adjustments. Look in your owner’s manual they will describe where they are. They are generally either on the top and bottom of the forks depending on the model of the bike and you can preset your compression and your rebound. Also with your shock you have a compression and rebound adjustment on that. On most motorcycles most brands consult your owner’s manual. If you do feel like the suspension is bottoming out you might need to turn up your compression a little bit or you might also need to adjust your spring preload and set the bike up to your ability.
