How Do You Setup A Garrett Ace 250 Metal Detector?
The Ace 250 is a metal detector released by Garrett. Metal detecting hobbyists will enjoy the several features available on the Garrett Ace 250. The Ace 250 features a 10-inch scanning area, a coin depth gauge to help you quickly find objects in the ground and a headphone jack. The metal detector is shipped in four separate pieces. Assembling the device only takes a few minutes, after which you can begin using your Ace 250 metal detector. Remove the adhesive backing from the two mounting washers and place one on either side of the bottom of the lower handle. The washers are placed around the holes on the lower handle. Place the lower handle in the mounting bracket of the Searchcoil. The Searchcoil is the circular piece of the detector that you sweep back and forth over the ground. Insert the bolt through the mounting bracket and tighten the knobs on both ends of the bolt. This will secure the Searchcoil to the lower handle.
