A great feature available on the Apple iPhone is Bluetooth. This feature allows the user to wirelessly connect an ear piece or connect to a car stereo. Most new vehicles are being released with the ability to sync your iPhone, and play music with Bluetooth. In this article I will quickly explain the process necessary to pair the iPhone with an earpiece/headset and connect to a bluetooth stereo. This option can be turned off and on at the users discretion. Touch the “Settings” button on the home screen. Navigate to General > Bluetooth. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on by toggling the switch to “On” (this will make the iPhone “Discoverable”. Make sure your Bluetooth device is “Searchable”, and it will show in the list of available connections. Select the Bluetooth device you are pairing with the iPhone, and you are now connected via Bluetooth. This option can be turned off by toggling the switch under settings back to “Off”.
