Yahoo! is a popular Web mail service that lets you send and receive email messages on its site. If you have Outlook installed on your computer, however, you can have your Yahoo! mail account run through it, eliminating the need to log in to the website each time you want to manage your email. Open your Outlook application. Click on “Tools” in the main menu bar. Scroll down and click “E-mail Accounts.” Hit “Add new e-mail account.” Click the “Next” button. Select “POP3” in the drop-down menu. Click the “Next” button. Enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields.
