Outlook Express is a program made by Microsoft. You can receive, send and organize email with Outlook Express. Microsoft also makes Exchange servers where email, calendar items and tasks are stored. The two products can work together by following a few steps in the Outlook Express software. This process takes about five minutes to complete. Close all applications and start Outlook Express. On the top menu bar, select “Tools.” Select “Accounts …” in the menu. Click the “Menu” tab in the dialog box that appears. Click the “Add” button to the right.
