How Do You Set Up Microsoft Outlook With Yahoo?
Microsoft Outlook allows users to connect to several different servers over the Internet or within an business organization. Some online host companies have adopted the Yahoo website for email hosting. The Outlook email client is also able to connect and authenticate to the Yahoo servers. This includes personal Yahoo email accounts. Configuring the Microsoft email client for the Yahoo servers is similar to the typical email setup process for any configuration in Outlook. Open Microsoft Outlook and click the “Tools” menu item. Select “Email Accounts” from the list of menu items to open a list of current accounts configured on the machine. Click the “Add a new e-mail account” button and click “Next” at the opening wizard window. Select “POP3” from the list of email protocol options and click the “Next” button again.
