u need to know asp.net or java to handle such situations.or else u can select the dreamweaver inbuilt email button and give ur email address and name as feedback.this will open a outlook express just like the way u send emails in yahoo.But the form which u created cannot be achieved as u r telling that u r new to dreamweaver i am assuming that u dont know any languages like asp.net or java.and yes yahoo supports simple webpages created using dreamweaver.complex websites require u to subscribe to costly hosting packages by yahoo.to upload ur website go to file manager once u login into ur yahoo web hosting, then upload ur index.html first and all other files(note that ur main page of ur website should be named as index.html otherwise it will not load once uploaded.so while creating the website in dreamweaver itself make sure that u save ur main page as index.html.)or u can also use the inbuilt yahoo website builder.
