Open your web browser and disable any pop-up blockers. Download the Cool Timer (see Resources). Return to Windows desktop and navigate to the downloaded file. Double click on it and the Cool Timer Installation Wizard window will open Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup of your PC stopwatch.
