How Do You Set Up A Nintendo Gamecube?
So you’ve bought a new Gamecube and the kids are chomping at the bit to play. You unpack the box and wonder why it has two cables. Worse, there are all kinds of gadgets already attached to your TV. Relax; even a game novice can set up a Nintendo Gamecube in only a few minutes. Turn off and unplug the television and all connected electronics (such as VCR’s or DVD players) from the wall only but not from each other. Wait five minutes and then plug in but don’t turn on your appliances. Static electricity can build up and cause a damaging electrical jolt. This hard boot will protect you and your equipment. Find the Audio/Video (AV) Input jacks on your television. Normally you’ll find three round holes marked yellow, white and red. (Note: In older televisions, you may find only yellow and white.) Place the Gamecube in its new home. Make certain it has several inches of surrounding airspace to prevent overheating and that you can fully open the disc door on top. Connect the AV cable ends to
