How Do You Set Up A DVD Box & Vcr/Dvd Player?
You have to follow a slightly different process to connect and set up a DVD player box than you would follow when connecting a VCR/DVD player combination box. The procedure for setting up a DVD player is the same even if your television is also connected to cable, satellite or digital converter box. But if you’re setting up a VCR/DVD player box, the process will vary a little depending on whether you are connecting this box to just a TV, cable or satellite and TV, or digital converter box and TV. Turn off your television before making your cord connections. Plug your RCA audio and video cords into the RCA output jacks on the back of your DVD player. Match the color of the cord tip to the color of the jack–red to red, white to white, and yellow to yellow. Plug the other end of these cords into one of the RCA input jacks on your television. Again, match the color of the cord tip to the color of the jack. Plug your DVD player power cord into an electrical socket. Turn on your DVD player
