Internet Explorer is one of the most powerful web browsers available. This comes from Microsoft learning from its mistakes in earlier versions and changing their browser in each subsequent version. One of the features they have not added, however, is the ability to change the location on your computer where files are downloaded. If you are confident with a little bit of computer programming, changing the download directory is quite simple. Click on the “Start” button at the bottom left corner of the screen.
