When creating new forums in vBulletin, it is important to set the forum permissions. VBulletin administrators can control who has access to a forum through the vBulletin admin control panel. Log on to your vBulletin version 3.70 administrator control panel. After successfully logging on, click on the “Forums & Moderators” link, located in the left-side menu bar. Click on “Forum Permissions.” You will be brought to a page that lists all of your forums and subforums, along with basic forum-permission information.
