How Do You Set A Bally Fitness Pedometer?

0

Bally Fitness Thin Q Pocket Pedometer is a tool that measures the amount of steps that you take in a day. Though it is sold by Bally Fitness, the manufacturer is Sportline who licenses the pedometer to Bally for distribution through their website. It is moderately easy to setup your pedometer for use. Decide between miles and kilometers as a unit of measurement. If it is already set, skip to stride length. Hit the Mode button until you reach the Distance Mode. Either “MIL” or “KM” will appear on the display. Press and hold the Reset button (S1) until the display changes over to the system you want to work with be it miles or kilometers. Input your stride length. To measure this, walk ten steps and measure the distance by heel to toe or toe to heel. Divide the distance covered by the amount of steps taken. For example if you walked 360 inches and took 10 steps, your stride length would be 36 inches. Input your weight in order for the pedometer to accurately measure your calories burned.
