Using some of these advanced features can be difficult for newer cell phone users, but the process doesn’t have to be so mysterious with the right know-how. In just a few quick steps, you can learn to send pictures from the Internet to your cell phone for use as a screen background image or as an image-ID for one your phone’s “contacts.” Plug a USB cable into the cable port on the bottom or side of your phone.
