After you complete a PowerPoint slide show, you can send it to others for review or just to share. The entire slide show can be sent within PowerPoint itself via email or fax. If you don’t want to send it within PowerPoint, save the file to send it using another method. The only restrictions on sending a PowerPoint slide show are the attachment size restrictions of your email provider. Your presentation can be viewed by anyone with PowerPoint or the PowerPoint viewer. Open the slide show in PowerPoint. Select the “File” menu or “Office” button at the top of the PowerPoint window. Choose “Send To.” Select a send option. You can send the file as an attachment, link, PDF or Internet fax. You do not need a fax machine to use the fax option. Enter the desired recipient.
