Look for your state or location on the far right side of the Craigslist page. Click on the link. Now look for your city. Click on your city or the city nearest your location. If your city is listed, that is a good indicator that Craigslist is used in your area. If your city is not listed, you may have trouble finding buyers for your items. Go to your city on Craigslist. Look for the “Search Craigslist” area on the right of the page. Click on the drop-down arrow underneath the search box and pick the appropriate category.
