It’s sad, but players cannot sell charms of any color on Runescape. Charms may not be sold or traded to other players, any of the Runescape merchants or even to the Grand Exchange. The game will automatically prevent you from attempting any such sales–and there’s no way to get around these rules. There are many, many monsters that drop these charms all over the Runescape world. It is very easy to be “charmed” into picking them up by the hundreds as they are routinely dropped by various monsters of high, medium and low levels. However, if it is money that you want in exchange for your gold charms, you have only one option: You can choose to Low- or High-Alch them at (currently) 40 to 60 gp each.
