PII: First of all, only those people will benefit from this who can mass-produce, others most probably wont. Our government had put so many restrictions on import that it was starting to cause a bad impact. Two areas where you can progress are the service industry and manufacturing. I believe our service industry will also not progress since we did not give proper training to our professionals.
