The beating heart of Liberty City can be found inside the Statue of Happiness on Happiness Island. The beating heart is one of the most thrilling hidden Easter eggs you will find in GTA IV. Get a helicopter. You can find one at the Francis International Airport, which is located on the northeastern coast of Dukes. Fly to the top of the Statue of Happiness. The statue is located on Happiness Island, the island found on the southwestern tip of Algonquin. Jump out of the helicopter. Once you fly to the top of the statue, maneuver the helicopter so that you can safely jump out onto the top platform. Try not to land on the ledge, as you will likely fall to your death.
