How Do You Score Well On The Accuplacer Test?
The Accuplacer test must be taken to enter college and to enroll for teacher certifcation classes in AZ. Be prepared and know what to expect and you’ll ace the test! Be prepared, don’t go in blind thinking it will be easy. Learn what is on the test. The basic areas covered are Sentence Skills, Reading Comprehension, Arithmetic, Elementary Algebra, College-Level Mathematics, Levels of English Proficiency Language Use Check all review guides. Find out what you need to brush up on and do it. Find and take sample tests. Go to the library or online and get some books/sites on the basics. Take the reviews and study questions. Test yourself and if lacking, like I was in Algebra, get a quick study book. I got a book at the library and took a couple of days to complete the lessons and take all the tests. Allow yourself enough time. The test can take up to 3 hours. I took it in 2 hours and 20 minutes. Make sure you eat and use the restroom before the test. Relax and take the test giving yourself
