How do you say that the rates of DataBPO are not expensive? Is there any particular reason for that?
Foremost reason that we can say is that once anyone becomes our customer they remain our customer. They come back to us for our services. The other reasons are we generate our own specific software for a particular client. We always hang on to the latest technologies and everything is highly automated. Our works are done with less man-power and with fewer errors.
